June 11, 2019 After four nights stay I got out of bed and there was a live bug where I had been laying. I put it in a glass and took pictures of it. Then I looked it up online and took it to the front desk. The manager came up to my room and when I showed her where it was in the bed , we found another live one. The management quickly put us in a different room, laundered and dry cleaned our clothes. We were refunded one nights stay and given extra points.
