I checked into the hotel 5/15/2019 and checked out 5/16/2019. I was staying in the hotel for a workshop for my job. On 5/16/2019 at night I felt bump on my forehead but I did not think to much into. The next morning I woke up to more bumps on my hand, forehead, back, and arm. I called the hotel to notify they but I was transfer to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and they called me back 5/18 in the morning. They blamed it on sand flees but will tell the people that are staying in the room to move to they can do a service report. I emailed the CEO pictures of my bites and the service manager emailed me an offer for free 2 night stay at their hotel. 5/20/2019 I went to a dermatologist, she confirm what I have are bedbug bites. I l email the hotel that Monday and left voicemails Tuesday and Wednesday but they never return my call. I went to the hotel on Thursday and they told me they never did the service report. They said the people that were staying in the room checked out today (5/23 Thursday).
