Arrived as Sedona Pines the afternoon of March 16, 2019. The Morning of March 17, 2019 a bed bug was found crawling on one of the bed pillows. Neither of us had experienced any bits. The bed bug was captured and taken to the Admin office for proof of the finding. We were moved to another room. During the transition it was recommended to wash our clothes in very hot water and or put in the drier for 20 minutes under max heat. This was done. this took 3-4 hours out of our day to complete. We were then moved to Room 117. When we woke up March 22, 2019 we found blood smears on the bed sheets. Neither of us had confirmed bites. We did find two bed bugs which were captured. We then cut our stay at Sedona Pines short by one day over disgust. The Front office Staff were very accommodating in getting us moved to a different room on the first sighting. Got us into another room even though the resort was reportedly full. It was indicated to us that Sedona Pines were going to compensate us for our time and inconvenience, this was going to be done by the Manager. We have not received that indicated compensation or received any correspondence from Sedona Pines on the matter.

The incident happened Saturday 4/9-22 at 2am. We got Friday night 4/8/22. My husband felt something walking on his arm, turn the lights on and noticed a bed bug. Than I notice one on my pillow and it got crazy with more. Some where walking on the bed board. We call the front desk and the only person that was able to help us out was the security guard. The manager couldn’t come. We were told that the general manager was supposed to call us and till now no call.
