Checked into the room on 5/10/19 immediately upon check I go into the room and check for bedbugs. I find one on the base board at the head of the bed. I place it on a piece of paper and take it to down to the front desk. I asked the gentleman do you know what this is and immediately he says "yes and it's not good" "We haven't had this problems in years" so he asked how I want to handle it keep in mind options are limited in the area and last minute I couldn't find other accommodations so the gentleman advised that he would document the issue and notify management if I would accept another room. He also advised that management would make it right with me hinting that I would receive partial or even full refund. Today 5/11/19 I go down ask for the manager and start to tell her I'm the one that found the bed bug in room 215 last night and she stops me and says o no it's not a bedbug which I know 100% it was and the gentleman working the front desk knew also. The manager had a bad attitude and offered nothing in response to the issue.
