I booked my stay in room 28 on the second floor. The hotel looks NOTHING like the images, the images show a clean hotel with a beautiful pool. NO RUST IN SIGH nor cracked/ dirty pavement. When i arrived, it was the exact opposite. . I didn't even stay for one night, That night of 4/11/ 2019 when i started to go to bed (11:30PM) I felt a tiny bite on my left arm, then another one then another. I thought maybe the pillow was just scratchy so i changed pillows. But then i felt even more bites which including my upper back torso near my left arm. Next thing you know i am in pain, itching and i had an allergic reaction the the constant bites. It turns out Travelodge is a bed bug infested hotel. Based on the bites at the hotel they had more than just bedbugs, i saw dust mite bites also. After this happened, I ran out so fast and never looked back. I then turned in my key at the main office before they closed and i received my full refund. They took images of the infected areas (arm and back) and told me that they will do something about this but i highly doubt they even care. God gave me a sign before going in that hotel, the desk rep was REALLY RUDE< he even revoked my stay and almost cancelled my membership, but i was so desperate i apologized and endured it (un like me) Overall I somehow brought the bed bugs to my home not knowing. Today is april 25th, 2019 the final outcome now is I have to hire an exterminator which is incredibly expensive. I also lost alot of my items, i had to throw priceless things from my childhood away all thanks to travelodge. BEWARE anyone of this hotel, it is BED BUG, Dust Mite INFECTED. Follow the signs of god, dont make the mistakes that i did.........
