March 14 2019 After 4 days of no running water, multiple cockroach sightings, I awoke to my hand itching horribly. I turned on the light and saw a bed bug on my wrist. I killed it and began looking in my bed and sheets and found several carcasses on the edge between the box spring and mattress along with many dried blood spots. I immediately went to front desk and I was told it probably came from my dog and I would not get any refund or be compensated in any way. I went back later that day 5 different times because I had already paid for a week and didnt have more money to put out an another hotel stay somewhere else. Nothing was done.
