3/2/19 - 3/3/19 Upon first check we found many dead bedbugs behind the headboard. The mattresses appeared clean and I found no debri so we thought it was possibly an old infestation. We then found a nest of eggs in the second headboard. I took pictures of all findings. I did not want to talk about this publicly (in front of other customers so I called the front desk). It took 30 minutes of trying to even get someone to respond. The receptionist wasn’t very friendly and stated their rooms are sprayed weekly. Again, I had hoped this was from an old issue. They were unwilling to remove the headboards. In the middle of the night I found a live bug climbing on the headboard. I took a picture and I collected it. Upon reporting this to the day receptionist, showing pictures and telling them I had reported it the night before... the response was “those suckers are hard to kill”. He said he was making a note that the room needed treated. I will not be going back here :(
