1/10/2019 My wife came down to visit as I am stationed on camp lejuene. Our first night was fine, but while at work on the first day my wife called me and told me she had found a bed bug. I called the front desk who she had already spoken too and they said the exterminator confirmed it was a bed bug and was going to be to the room shortly, however the lady on the phone told me it was dead and acted as it was no big deal. I told her we would not be continuing our stay there, and asked about getting a refund for the day since it was 1130 and checkout was at 11. She spoke to the manager who they would not put me on the phone with and they said they would not be giving us a refund because it was now going on 1230 and my wife still hadn't checked out. Mind you she was trying to clean all of her stuff and our 10 month old sons stuff because she refused to put it in the car and risk them following us to the next hotel. Do not recommend staying here.
