December 14, 2018 When I woke in the morning a bedbug was crawling across my pillow. The room overall was pretty clean and seemed nice for the price. The staff member working the night before (prior to the discovery) was very kind and helpful All that being said when I told the general manager the next morning about the bug she was rude to me- she said I probably brought it there myself, wouldn’t give me a refund and was very invalidating of my experience. I was even very polite to her and trying to be discreet and considerate as not to cause an uproar. I had taken pictures of the bug and she refused to look at them because she said she “hates bugs.” She said she would have maintenance take a look after I left and I have no idea what they did for follow up or remediation but am reporting this because I think others have a right to know. This was very stressful for me to go through as I was very concerned about bringing the bugs home and she was no help at all and rude. This happened to me on the morning of December 14, 2018
