I checked in the hotel on Dec 2nd, 2018 and supposed to stay for 7 nights. For the first 2 days, I found 10 bites on my left arm when I used the right half of a king size bed. I was ignorant of bed burgs and moved to the left side of the bed and got new two bites on my right arm for the next 2 days. I asked a lady in the front desk to switch room and showed them my bitten arms. She told me that they needed to do inspection to decide if they gave me a new room. She also told me that they did not have extra rooms and asked if I talked to anyone about this before I contacted to the hotel. I was disappointed at their reaction and worried that I might have to stay at the same room for the next 3 days. They did inspection but could not find any bed bugs. Eventually, they gave me another room even though they told me "no extra rooms" (did I take someone's reserved one ?)
