We stayed at this location for a wedding on 11/16/2018. Upon checking into our room, we immediately inspected the mattress and found a bed bug. We grabbed all of our things and left the room. I went down to the front desk to let staff know, and the lady acted like she's heard this before and it was no big deal. She told me she has international travelers at this location and it happens. The hotel did move our rooms to another floor and discounted one of our rooms. Overall this place was very dirty. In our new room there was hair still in the shower, someone else's clothes still in the closet, the carpet was disgusting. I would never stay here again.

I booked my stay for a business trip the week of April 29th, 2019. Upon checking in to room 860, I worked for a couple of hours before preparing for bed. Before getting in the bed, I did an inspection which is my normal routine. Once I pulled back the sheet, I saw a little black bug and called the Front Desk. The Night Manager identified it as a bedbug and began my removal from the room. The Night Manager also checked the other bed and found another bedbug. I was completely grossed out but thankful I had not unpacked or laid down. I was given a full refund and switched to the Marriott Pere next door.
