We were staying in hotel from October 14, 2018 till October17, 2018. We have found blood spots in the bed on the second morning then we found actual bugs running in the bed. We reported it to room made, who promised us to speak to management. We were busy this day and come home late night. The bed had new sheets. We did not find any bugs after investigation, but we expected to be offered other room. We had to stay one more night at same place without any apology and actions from management. We‘ve got more bites next morning. We complained at reception desk and had chance to speak to manager who assured us that they will do thorough investigation and we will be informed. We are at home already one week and nothing happened yet. It is really disappointing; we had to wash all our clothing and belongings before we enter our house. We hope we did not bring any bugs and did not get any diseases.
