Oct 13 14 and left 15. The entire stay was miserable found bites after the first night in room 402. Notified management who was rude to us the night before she was like this is Midland , Traveled to Kermit for my mother in laws 80th birth day had rooms moved and thought all was well but before getting back to Arlington Texas my husband who has diabetes said he had bites. When I arrived home I had bedbites head to toe ? Called the hotel and guess what no manager ? Tried corporate said it will be 48 hours really? I finally call hotel again the next morning and the General manager answered I said why haven’t you called he suggested giving me reward points . No but he’ll no I don’t ever want to stay in Candlewood bates hotel again . Everything was handled poorly we were even told people have complained the got a rash from sensitive skin because of the sheets and Said next weekend is the oil showand these rooms are going for 500.00 dollars . Really we own a business too we wouldn’t wish this shit on our worse customers . I had to go to the Dr. Have yet to bring suitcase in. I’m exhausted most of the stay was spent dealing wit hotel or calling corporate. Not to mention my mother in law just lost her sister .
