Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1. September 26th-27th (King sized bed room 233) 2. I already felt very uncomfortable by walking stained dirty carpet. "Bed bugs"....... After staying at Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Spokane, I realized that I have itchiness all over my body next day...... 3 days later, the itchiness doesn't let me sleep well all night. (3 red bites at one spot - total 14 bites on my body including my face) I and my husband liked the front desk service which was very kind. But the bed bugs are unacceptable. there was a lot of dark spots on the dirty carpet which now we don't know if it's because of coffee stained or blood of bugs. Dear owner, please check all the rooms/mattresses/carpets as soon as possible - the stained spots might be the bugs. Please make sure and invest your love for customer's health first more than any other service. We hope you the best.
