Stayed on Oct 28, 2018. We had just got a vasectomy reversal and were on our way home from Oklahoma. We saw this hotel on the way, and with my husband being in pain, picked it. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. Unfortunately, that's about the only reason they deserve one star (wish i could do zero!!) This hotel is INFESTED with bed bugs. I don't know how they are still open!! My husband and I got room 110, and laid on top of our sheets for around 20 minutes. I decided it was time to go to bed. Ahh, yes, we can finally relax! Let's pull the covers back and oh... the sheets were covered in blood stains from us sitting on the bed and squishing the bugs! Eek! Then we found one still alive, crawling, freshly full. My husband killed it and blood went everywhere. Before this, i had taken a shower, hopped out, to see the corner of the floor filled with pubic hair, a random wet (what i can hope??) Is a piece of toilet paper? Surrounded by more pubic hair and filth!! I don't know if this room has even been deep cleaned! I would of grabbed more pictures, but I honestly felt dirty and rushed out of the hotel. But wait, you have to wait 7-10 business days for your refund. When brought up to management embarassment immediately took over.

On September 28 about 7:30 pm we checked into room 114. I always check for bed bugs before I unpack. So I pulled the bed out from the wall and found a group of bed bugs on the box spring. We immediately went to the front desk and they put us in a different room.
