We checked in on the 17th of September and checked out on the 22nd. I started noticing bites I thought were mosquitos but after I found cockroaches on the morning of the 20th I started thinking the bites were bed bugs. When i went to management he moved me immediately to room 324 a couple hours later I went back to talk to him about a refund I still wasnt happy he said he needed ti contact the owner I went back to my room then found a bug crawling on the bed what I later found out was a bed bug. I called the office asked him to come to my room i found a bed bug. I had to wait for him for 45 minutes before he came to my room at that point. He also found a dead bug in the bed he moved me again to room 324. The customer service started to go down hill at that point. The owner did c as ll me today 4 days after I checked out to find out what happened she said she called the health department out her self and nothing was found. She also said she wou l.j d be calling me back to take care of me and at this point havnt heard back from her.
