Sept 24, 2018. bedbugs in the welting of the mattress. They possibly already knew about it because when I complained, they had no desire to come and see it.

8/17/2024 11:30pm. This was a double queen suite with sofa bedroom for four girls because we were celebrating my middle daughter's birthday. We were headed to bed after an exhausting day when to our surprise we saw a brownish red, wide-bodied bug, with ridges fast crawling across the very white pillowcase! Sadly, we had two bags laying on the other side of that pillow. I picked it up with a tissue and went to the bathroom sink area. We googled what she looked like, and this was a fat pregnant female bed bug. I pushed the napkin down in a clear cup and covered it with plastic so she wouldn’t get away too quickly. I wanted the front desk to see her. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk because the room phone did not work. I had called about 3 other issues earlier which we had no response yet. When I called this time, I told the young lady we had found a bug. She immediately said, “OH! That’s not good. I will find you another room please pack everything immediately." Also note, I did not say what kind of bug so she already knew because they must be having a big problem. About 30 minutes later she came to the room to tell us they didn't have a room to move us too and would have to talk to management about what to do next. When she returned about 30 minutes later. They sent my 3 girls and I, twenty minutes across town after midnight in the rain to the Franklin Tenn location. We stayed two nights. I guess if we carried any with us this hotel has them too, although we did not see any. I still have items bagged up I cannot wash.
