Had reservations for Clarion Hotel Orlando Airport at 3835 McCoy Rd Orlando Florida. We were given room 5103 at first which was unacceptable as it was filth, dingy smelly and hot. There was only a king size bed sitting in the room with a old dresser. No where to sit in the room. Walls were patched and painted over. Curtains were old and smelled. We asked for a new room and they gave us room 1117 in a different part of this hotel. Woke up at 4:30 am to find 2 bed bugs crawling in bed. We were able to collect them and put them in a cup to show hotel staff. Night clerk said he would notify Manager and that he would contact us. We have been unsuccessful with reaching the manager after several attempts. (just getting the run around from day staffing) Upon review of this hotel on several sites, room 1117 seemed to be mentioned several times due to its condition. Room needs to be treated for bed bugs and not being given out to guest the following night
