Recently moved into apartment complex with TGM and lived part-time in Findlay, Ohio (please note my previous place in Findlay does not, not has ever, had bedbugs). At the third week of the lease being active, and less than four non-consecutive nights of actually living there, I found dozens of bedbugs crawling from the walls. The leasing agents decided I was responsible because "...Maybe I rode a bus." despite them having record in the lease that I have a Jeep and a motorcycle. It took two extermination attempts over the course of a month to get rid of all the bedbugs. The population was possibly +300. They still insisted that I "probably" had them on the back of my shirt from "XYZ." Lame excuse after lame excuse and MANY phone calls later in the span of just a couple weeks they decided the only way to make me pay the bill was under duress via eviction notice.
