Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stay: 9/03/18 - 9/05/18 for work I flew in. I was booked a smoking room which I did not want but they could not change it. I returned home on the 5th. on the 6th I get into work and notice 3 bites in a line- I knew they were bed bugs. But to confirm, as my boss requested, I went to an urgent care to have them assess the bites. While waiting for the doctor to check them out I found 5-8 reviews dating back to May,2018 of similar reports- all on the 3rd floor like myself, with bed bug bites. I called the hotel after leaving the doctors office to report this. Lauren the manager is having the inspection company come in, they deemed the room unbookable currently and I can expect a call from either hotel management, the inspection company or their insurance company. Inspection company overall name: Steritech. On the ground inspection company: rentokil Insurance Company: Broadspire. My home and office will be inspected and sprayed today- I am following instruction from the exterminator company I am using on how to handle my items that went with me to and from the hotel, along with anything that I came in contact with.
