Unfortunately, one person was bit by a bedbug on the neck while lying in the bed around 1 am on August 25th. We got up to look around and notice a bedbug on the headboard of the bed and shortly after one ran across the pillow I was laying on. Immediately, we packed our belongings to leave and took pictures of the bedbug for proof. We went straight to the lobby to talk to management about room 1127 filthiness and bedbug infestation. The manager was very calm and simply asked if we like to switch rooms. We declined the offer, requested our money back and left the hotel. After leaving the premises of the W hotel, we had know idea where to go so we parked and called hotels to find a vacant room.
