Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

August 17 I found 2 bedbugs in my bed. I captured them and took them to the staff and checked out. The staff gave me the run around I finally got ahold of the GM on the 21st and she acted like I brought them to the room and said she would refund me one night but never got the refund

I woke up Friday morning (February 1st) to multiple sites of welts on my arms, face and neck. Clusters of 3-4 bites in a line. Tore the bed apart and only found a portion of a deceased bug but brought it to the attention of the front desk. They were dismissive of the news and told me to call later to report it to the manager if I wanted to.
