July 21, 2018 checked in at about 8:30 p.m. Was ready to make the bed they had with the linens they provided and noticed lots of dead bugs on the mattress. Immediately notified management and while they did move me to the cabin next door, there was no sympathy. No apology, no effort to make it up, nothing much. They questioned my complaint and when they came to see the bed he agreed with my complaint and that was it. It seemed like they had potentially known about the issue being it didn't seem like a surprise.
