our family stayed at this hotel on 7/16/18. Before we went to bed I noticed a small brown bug crawling I didn't think anything of it we went to bed I woke up several times through out the night getting bitten, itching and all around uncomfortable. I googled images of bed bugs and bites because i have never had to deal with them but i had heard of other hotels in the area had-had them. The next morning we gathered our things and I went to management she said they had never had a report of bugs I showed her my children's and my bites plus the pictures I had taken over the course of the night. The lady then gave me my money back and told me to please not contact the health department. THIS IS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE I don't want anyone else to get these super itchy and annoying bites. Really stinks that management hadn't taken care of there responsibilities and children have to suffer.

Reported bed bugs to the management, they gave some spray refuse to give me another room. I even brought one to the front desk and showed it to the Man and still nothing, they came and changed the sheets but that didn't help, place is infested.
