A bedbug infested bedframe was left in the hallway right outside my unit. It remained there for days despite complaints to security. On July 2nd I made my final complaint to security and he made a call (I assume to the super). Instead of calling pest control they sprayed it with bug spray. Bugs immediately invaded my unit through the spaces in the door as well as other units. I immediately called the customer line and explained what happened and asked for urgent assistance to have pest control arrive the next morning July 3rd. They agreed. I also contacted the property manager via email. On July 3rd no one came and the property manager advised that she will arrange for me to get assistance on July 6th. I was left to be bitten constantly by bedbugs July 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th. Ofcourse one treatment wasnt enough so I had to endure for some more time.

July 2nd 2020: Management left a bed in the hallway for days which was infested with bedbugs. Despite tenants complaining about it. Instead of calling pest control they tried to treat it themselves to save costs. Most units on the floor got infested as the bedbugs ran for cover. They did not treat with any urgency getting pest control in to help. Bedbugs are all over the building.
