07/15/18 Stayed in eo number 7 arrived at 1230am. Around 1:30am-4:00am we found a dead bug on my pink shirt. About 30 min later I have one crawl up my coloring book smashed it. Not long after my husband found one crawling up his hand killed that one literally seconds later killed a baby bug. Decided to move beds we inspected the bed and found multiple bugs one huge bug about the size of my pinky nail that’s when I said we gotta switch rooms. Or get our money back Handling of situation: We informed management of the bugs in the room and we couldn’t sleep he just started at me said they no more rooms booked up then I said well i want my money back since we only been a few hours here and he said Np but let me look and see if there are any other rooms he stepped away and came back with a different room key #26. So far we havent seen no bugs and have been here 30 mins now we are in a diff building so hope all is well. This is is a much better room then room 7.
