Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We got the room 06/22/2018 - 06/23/2018. We didnt notice anything until we got to the water park, there is where I seen my daughter broken out I didnt think anything of it. I just figured it was normal bug bites until we arrived home & me, my girlfriend as well as our other two children had the same break outs. Tried to call the office 06/24/2018 to notify them of potentially having bed bugs the lady at the front desk got a attitude as if we brought the bugs. We didn't want any money back but instead for them to be aware/ evaluate the situation of their establishment having bed bugs.
