Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

June 11, 2018 Went to bed at 10:40, awoke at 1:30 am with several bedbugs in daughters bed. Checked our bed, found them also. When we checked around the room we found them everywhere in all stages of growth. Called front desk, was refunded and given plastic bags to put our clothes in. Left and checked in to another hotel by 3:30am. Big hassle. The place is infested.

Stayed at Motel 6, room 126, in Carson City Neveda on 10/21/19. At 3 am my husband went to the restroom and noticed a bug on the bed. I immediately put the bug in a plastic glass. We packed up our items and checked out. We were told to call the manager after 6 am to see if we can get a refund. I called the manager and she said I would get a refund. She said pest control was called. I asked her to call me back with the results of the bug test. On 10/23/19 she confirmed it was a bed bug.
