We stayed in the hotel from June 18 till June 23 in 2018. Not immediately recognize that some bite my son in the bed. It is horrible to find out your son totally bitten, those terrible creations moving in your bed in the middle of the night. All our suitcases, clothes, PC... are going to be disinfected. In it a nightmare to think you can bring bedbugs home after the stay in the hotel. Taking into account the type of building (light construction, no concrete) I guess not the 204 room only is infected. Staff tried to negotiate not to announce it, but even if they will pay 10k to keep silent I wouldn’t keep it hidden. It is a horrible event to. Just want to inform others to avoid it.

On February 3, 2022, my daughter complained about itching on her arms. On February 4, 2022 at approximately 2:45 am I was awakened by screaming and door slamming in the hallway. In the morning my daughter informed me that the screaming was a disgruntled hotel guest showing his bed bug bites and fighting with the attendant to refund his money, by that morning, my daughter began to react to her bed bug bites and had received multiple additional bites. It was painfully obvious that she had been infected for the past two nights. We also observed one tiny bug on her bed on the sheets. I later informed that attendant that we had bed bugs and that I was leaving the Hotel and wanted a complete refund of my money. The attendant informed me that the manager would give me a refund in the next day when she came to work but that he did not have the authority to refund my money. The receipt he gave me billed me for another night. He assured me that I would definitely not have to pay for that night since I did not stay at the Hotel and left earlier than my check-out date. He also denied that an argument took place the night before over a guest and bedbugs and told me that the hotel does not have bed bugs. On February 10, 2022 I checked to see if my credit card had been refunded and found out I was also charged for the night I did not stay in the room. I called the hotel. I asked her if she had the ability to refund my money and she would not respond. I informed her I wanted to speak to the manager to request a refund based on my humiliating and horrible experience with the hotel. She then said she didn’t have the ability to refund your money but now I will not because you are rude”, and then she hung up on me and did not pick up my calls after that. Later that afternoon, my wife called the Hotel and finally the Hotel Manager. My wife explained that our daughter had bed bugs, and he denied that there were any bed bugs and there was a process. In the next sentence he said that they did find one dead bed bug. I asked for a refund of room charges, requested pest control and sanitation of our home. He said no to all three and hung up on my wife.
