Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I stayed overnight on June 16th, 2018 and found 2 bed bugs in my sheets upon arrival. I spoke to the front desk worker and he refunded me the full rate but wouldn't provide any other accommodations. The worker said that they do, in fact, have bed bugs in the rooms and there's "nothing they can do about it". Disgusting. I called dozens of other hotels but none had a single vacancy in the entire region so I was forced to sleep with the bug beds or sleep on the street. Unacceptable.

My son and I stayed in room 109 on September 9, 2023. We found several dead bedbugs crawling on the mattress and behind the headboard that is mounted to the wall. I notified staff who offered to move us to a second room. That room was completely torn apart and search thoroughly for bedbugs. No live bugs are found, however bedbug feces was found behind the headboards and along the protective sheets in the room and the carpet. Management acted like it was not a big deal and refused to refund our money
