BED BUGS & ROACHES!!!!!! Do NOT STAY HERE. You will get bed bugs!!!!! I would have liked to give this place ZERO stars but Yelp will not allow for that, so this nasty place gets a star by default. My husband and I booked a 3 night stay-Jun1,2018 -June4 2018 and left after the first night. They put us in a room with carpet when I had requested hardwood floor. That was an easy fix but the room (Rm. 219) was disgusting and in absolute disrepair. There was a hole in the wall underneath the TV with wires and insulation exposed, a dead roach behind the toilet, the room reeked of smoke (supposed to be 100% smoke free) and the door that encases the refrigerator was off its hinges (please see all the pictures I have attached. But what's worse is that I got bitten alive by bed bugs and subsequently had to seek medical attention twice (urgent care because I became allergic). I sent management several emails with the pictures attached and left messages for the management to call me and no one has ever replied. Booking.com had been the only one who promptly responded to my complaint. The owners of this bed bug, roach ridden hotel should be ashamed of themselves.
