05/26/2018; approx. 7:00am Spotted a large bedbug on my pillow. I called the front desk immediately and requested someone to come to my room #107 to witness the bedbug. Rep came immediately and confirmed insect was a bedbug and took it away. He promised that he would call management and report the incident immediately and I was offered to relocate my wife and I. We chose to checkout immediately as my wife was upset because she was bitten, showed me the bite mark and wanted to leave the hotel. I later called the hotel and spoke with the front desk employee who stated management was sorry and would refund me for the entire reservation within a day or two. It is day three and no refund thus far. I spoke with the manager on 5/28 who assured me I would receive a call from him and a refund by the next day. It's 5:00pm central time on 5/29 as I am writing this report and I have not received a refund nor been contacted by the manager as promised.
