On Saturday 5/26/18 I checked in to Econo Lodge lakes region hotel in West Ossipee, NH @ 9:05PM the clerk was nice, he assigned me room 108, hotel had a strong smell but looked clean. When it was time to sleep I notice that my body was itching a lot, I thought it was an allergic reactions to the blankets so I didn't pay much attention to it, however like at 1:30AM I noticed my hands were itching a lot, as I tuned and saw my pillow I seen a beg bug, my husband trapped it and kill it. and we did a further search in bed and found other bed bugs and something that looked like a tick, I also found other people's hair on both the beds that were in the room, my daughter also got bit by a bed bug and I did as well. I have picture and we also collected one of the bugs in a plastic bottle, I called the receptionist he "said he could give us new bed sheets" we got out of there as we were going out I asked for a full refund of my money and showed the person in charge at that time the bug in the water bottle also the bites that we had, he just laughed and said that my refund " had to be approved my the manager the next day" since than I called Sunday they said a manager will return my phone call Monday, I did not received any phone calls, I also called them today they said manager was not there and that they will have the manager call me back. etc. I am traumatized, I've never been bit by bed bugs, I had fever yesterday. I think it would be great if you guys do an inspection of this place. . I paid a total of 107.91$ for a night in that place

11/29/19 was in the room and had been there about 2 hours. Felt something crawl in my arm. It was a dark bed bug. When I squished it blood cams out of it. Looked on pillow and noted another bug. Immediately told staff who did offer another room. No thank you!! Left the hotel and drove 3 hours home.
