BEWARE! I stayed here the night of May 5th with my 3 daughters for a soccer tournament. Earlier in the evening I called to tell the receptionist that the TV wasnt working, he told me he would '"leave a note" for his boss but he couldn't do anything. I was getting ready for bed and found a bug crawling across my pillow. I immediately took out my phone to get pictures and video and walked it down to the reception desk where the night clerk stated "oh that's a bed bug". He told me he did not have any other rooms available but he would see about getting me some sort of discount! I told him we would have to leave because I couldn't let my children be bit by bugs all night. He said he understood. I returned to my room, pulled back the sheets to find two more dead bugs in the other bed. I woke up my three little girls to pack our stuff. When we were packing up to leave at 1130 at night the clerk called me and stated he has a 1 bed room available on the bottom floor. We agreed to stay there. I immediately pulled back the sheets on the one bed to inspect. I got my little girls to sleep and at this point it's almost 1am. I didn't sleep all night, woke up at 6 to get out of there as soon as possible and the clerk tells me he cannot provide any sort of discount. I file a complaint with choice hotels on Sunday the 6th stating I wanted my money nack. They told me the GM had 72 hours. That was yesterday at 10am. I just now received word that despite my pictures, report, the receptionist witnessing the presence of bed bugs in my room, the GM claims he spent 6 hrs with a state inspector to find nothing and I will not be issued a refund.
