Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We checked in on April 7th. We noticed at 1:30 in the morning when we went to bed that there were a couple little bugs. We jumped up and found a full grown bed bug and a couple smaller ones on the mattress. We went to the front desk (we took the bug with us to show) and the receptionist said “we don’t have those bugs here”. Once we ensured her that it came from the room she moved us into another room. But that room wasn’t cleaned. We didn’t stay. We are waiting on our refund.

Woke up from bed bug bites at 0330 on 03 Oct 2021. Got bitten 7 times and was able to see the actual bug. Hotel is disgusting in general. Front desk staff was not apologetic and honestly didnâ€™t even seem surprised.
