Bed Bug infestation ongoing from October 2017 up to now April 2018. Sprayed 8 times since Oct 19 2017. They were not spraying units above and below and each side. Bed bugs return like clockwork 2 weeks after both sprays were done. Bugs coming in under door from hallway. They only removed the baseboard covers for the heat once. Halls are always dirty, in need of vacuuming. They steamed the halls for 9 floors all in one day for the first time 2 weeks ago. The question is how thorough could this be?

Moved in November 1st 2020, November 17 noticed some rashes on my arms... found 2 dead bed bugs in the bathtub.... meaning they were poisoned elsewhere and sought refuge in the near by unit (mine). I thought, okay, at least they are dying. Following the next day I had 10 bites! I went and bought $100 worth of sprays. Notified management. Spray team came 5 days later to do first treatment. After treatment returned home next day. found one in bathroom and in kitchen again.... im assuming they are traveling through the vents. while waiting for the second treatment i am constantly spraying bed bug aerosol and using caulk on ALL holes and crevices. I myself am witnessing them falling from the vent in the kitchen! I can't do anything about the vents... i put a filter on it and they broke through... am still waiting for second treatment, hoping they would spray what's left in my unit. i have no idea how to stop them from coming in through the vent though....
