March 21/18 to April 1/18 Room 211 Reported to front desk and took a dead bug to them. I didn't know it was bed bugs as have never encountered them before. Also left 2 messages for housekeeping as front desk staff said they didn't know if the room was sprayed after my report of bugs. Housekeeping didn't return my calls. Covered in red welts on neck and arms. Internet search suggested bed bugs so pulled up mattress pad and bed was crawling with different sized bugs, took pictures and video..identified as beg bugs. Reported problem to front desk staff who asked if I wanted to go to urgent care and I declined as my husband is in Cleveland Clinic recovering from open heart surgery and as a global patient I am his only support. Hotel offered me one free night, quarters so I could wash my clothes, an a move to a new room. When I returned from the hospital the hotel staff said the room had been cleaned and sprayed for bugs. On examine the bed there were many bed bugs of varying size walking around on the box spring edge and on the mattress. I wash all my clothes and put every piece of clothing in a hot dry for a minimum of 30 minutes and moved to another hotel.

I stayed at Comfort Suites Weston for work. Its close to the hospital, so I decided to stay here. I stayed October 25th-Oct 30th. I woke up full of bites, when I reported it to hotel, they said they would inform Manager. No one did so after work I went back to front desk. They were acting suprise and said this has never happened. They sent me to Urgent care and moved me to a different room. I just wanted a refund but I paid 3rd party.
