We headed down to Chattanooga for a NSC game and the TN aquarium. We stayed march 10, 2018 - March 11th, 2018. We didn't get to the hotel til after 1030 from the game. We went straight to sleep because we had to get up early the next morning. I woke up to the feeling of something crawling on m arm before my alarm went off and started to itch. I immediately got up and looked in the light and I had two large red bumps on my are so I went back over to the bed and check the pillows where my arm was between and there a bed bug was crawling on the hotels pillow. I got my daughter and boyfriend up and we started to pack. As I was trying to get everything together while checking to make sure we didn't take any bugs with us my boyfriend went to the front desk to report it. They were extremely rude, didn't tell him their names and insisted that they had monthly bug sprays. They offered us nothing and didn't seem to care at all. WORSE hotel experience I have ever had and I will never go back to any American Best Inns ever. I have spent 3 days heat treating everything that we took just in case. This has been the worst experience ever!!!
