1. Date/Time: March 6, 2018 at 10:30 PM 2. Incident Description: I was lying in bed and felt a bite on my neck. I turned over my pillow and there were two giant bed bugs inflated with blood. I crushed them with a kleenex, then found and photographed 2 other bed bugs in the sheets. 3. Management response: I called the front desk and they sent two "engineers" (one of whom was the guy who repaired the heater earlier that day). They clumsily tossed around the sheets, then said there was no evidence of bed bugs. Then a "manager" came to the room, looked at the bed, and let in a third "engineer". She told me they found no evidence of bed bugs. I showed her two photographs of bed bugs in my sheets as well as the crushed bed bugs in the kleenex, one of which was still alive, and the manager said, "That could be anything." They let me move to another room down the hall at midnight, dragging my stuff down the hallway hoping it wasn't carrying any bed bugs. She told me an independent inspector would look at the room. Sure enough, the next day she called and said the inspector found no evidence of bed bugs. They did agree to remove one night off my charges. 4. Extreme concerns: If you search online, you can see multiple bed bug reports on TripAdvisor, Hotels.com, but General Manager responds to every report saying their "independent" inspector never finds any evidence of bed bugs. He is obviously lying and has ordered his staff to lie about bed bugs. Shut this hotel down now. 5. Evidence: I have multiple photographs of bed bugs in my sheets and a live captured bed bug in a sealed container.
