Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

During a two night stay from 2/28/18 - 3/2/18 we stayed in Room 217 and within 2 hours around 11:30 pm we started feeling bites and itching profusely. The next morning I reported the problem to Mgt. and they said they were already moving us another room due to maintenance and moved us to room 325. I can’t tell if that room was infested as well but my itching became so unbearable that we had to apply hydro-cortisone to the bite marks. We had at least 50-60 bite marks each with about 99% of the bites above the waist but all over the arms neck back & face & head. I reported this to Mgt and they were very apologetic and discounted one nights stay as well as the parking. But because we’re dealing with the itching and unsightliness they should have compensated us 100%.
