Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I woke Wednesday February 13th with bedbug on my chest biting me killed it and brought to front desk Manager agreed to refund my money for balance of mice day not used through hotels.com they refunded my money for a few days not used on reservation spoke with another guest and she said she had been getting bitten all night as well

I'm girlfriend and I stayed at Star Inn in Biloxi 10-13-2023 thru 10-15-2023, we woke up Sunday covered in bites. I found the bedbugs and showed the front desk, filed a complaint, was told the owner would call me back so far I've had no call. Now I'll be contacting the health department
