My husband and I were kid free and just wanted a night away from home to relax. We checked in after I got off work at midnight but check in was 12/30/17. We had literally just taken all of our stuff in and lay down on the bed, the husband started giving me a back massage and thank God the lights were on and the sheets were white because no sooner than about 2 minutes I turned my head and saw a huge bed bug right next to us on the bed. We called front desk immediately and she was very kind, she offered to move us to another room but obviously we decline because we were sure they were in that room as well. She said she would talk to her manager in the morning and she would most likely refund our money as we had two nights to stay there. They did and of refunding us our money we tried to trap the bedbug in a cup and we did but they did not want to come down to see it. We do have pictures which I will upload however they will not show up as good because we since have gotten new phones and they will not transfer to the new one. But they definitely have bed bugs
