On 1/8/18 I rented a room at the up town 6 (motel 6). On the morning of 1/9/18 when I woke up there was a small bed bug on my mattress next to my head. I put the bug in a plastic hotel cup and pulled the mattress away from the wall. After inspecting the room more bed bugs we're found, only a few we're found. The found bugs we're smashed and they were full of what appeared to be blood. I then checked my luggage for bugs, none we're found. I exited the room with all my possessions. I walked to the main office where a young man was working. I informed him of the situation and showed him the bed bug I captured in the cup. He immediately threw the cup in the office trash can and called the manager, who lives at the hotel. The manager informed him to refund my money. After refunding my money he informed me that the motel had bed bugs a few months ago as well. At that time I told him that he should kill the bed but he had thrown in the trash so it didn't spread. Then I exited the office and left the property.

On 2/4/2020 I stayed at this Motel 6. I woke up early in the morning with a bite on my ear. Later in the day I noticed the bedbug bites on my finger, face, and neck. I called them and they apologized, and said that would take care of it.
