My boyfriend and I recently visited your hotel. The first room we were assigned to we found visible evidence of bedbugs we immediately went to the front desk who assured us that we had nothing to worry about. I am apparently allergic to bedbugs that I brought home from your hotel. I want my money back!! I want the money I spent on inspection and the monies equivalent to my rent that the exterminator wants to rid my house of the problem you assured me wasn't an issue!!! Also my boyfriend and I do not live together so his house is being inspected this weekend. I am all the pissed off this is disgusting and unacceptable! If it wasn't for me be allergic my mother who us a registered nurse said I could go years without knowing!!! Attached are pictures of bites! My kids bits aren't that bad because they aren't allergic to bedbugs like I am. I want my money now and your hotel needs to be sprayed Immediately!!

We stayed July 3-7 2019 on room 277 king suite. I feIt itchy the second day and by the last I had bites on my side and back. The hotel was not surprised, told me I would get a call back immediately and never got one. I have reported to Priceline and still have not gotten a call back from the hotel.
