Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I was getting ready to go to bed at 130am. I noticed a dark bug moving on pillow. I looked n though it might be a bedbug. I Carried pillow with bug to sitting room. Put bug in bag n looked online for pics. It was definitely a bedbug. I called front desk. Security came to room. Took pics of bug n my drivers license. They asked if I wanted new bedding. Haha!! I asked for a new room in a different tower. They gave me a new room in same tower. I was itchy all aver my husband n I decided to just go home (2am) Front desk gave me large trash bags for my shoes n luggage so I don't get bugs in my car. I didn't have to pay for that nights room although I paid for the previous night. I didn't argue. I just wanted to get home, showern be in a place that I know has no bedbugs. The suite on 64th floor was soo nice. Too bad I won't be staying there again.

Awoke to several red welts type bites. Physically saw a bedbug crawling across top of the bed. Alerted front desk. They moved me to new room. Security came and took a report. 9/6/21
