Arrived 12/29/18. Room had a musty BO smell. Reported to front desk. Next day found a bed bug. Reported. They moved us but led my husband to believe we would get a refund. . Said they never had this problem before. Hard to believe.

Worst experience I’ve ever had staying somewhere. Checked in on December 1sr 2017 and Found bed bugs in our room after getting ready for bed then spent 3 hours throwing clothes and our stuff in the dryer and plastic bags. When we called the emergency number in the office door we were told we either sleep there for the night or find another hotel at 3am during winterfest and a cheer competition. We luckily found another room and moved all our stuff at 3:30 am. The next morning we were told by the office they would refund us but there was nothing else they could do and wouldn’t assist in any way in finding another place to stay our second night. Then the rude woman in the front called us liars even though we had video and pictures of multiple bugs on pillows and mattresses. The hotel manager said he can’t do anything else and actually hung up on us when we called to see what they could do for us. Ended up paying double the amount to stay one night at a different location. Do not stay at this place they are rude and infested in room 305.

Bed bugs! Do not stay here unless you want to get bitten. We stayed in room 102 and the first night my husband had three small bites on his ankle. I didn’t think much of it, searched the room but didn’t find anything but one small speck on the bed but still thought I was just being paranoid. I woke up the next morning and my arms have bites all over them. I emailed the hotel to tell them and they’re only reply was “we’re looking into it”. Not so much as an apology. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere much nicer to stay in Gatlinburg. Stayed on September 26-28, 2019
