Moved in May 20th 2017 was not told to First infestation of bed bugs 18 months before. October 5th 2017 found the first bed bug crawling up the bathroom wall October 9th found the second bed bug crawling up the kitchen wall October 12th found the third bed bug flying on the kitchen counter that fell out of the outlet. October 19th I had the treatment done along with the unit next to me because they traveled into her unit also. During the first infestation 18 months ago it was huge and traveled to several units in this building. They are now living inside the inner walls and entering each unit through any cracks holes or Outlets. The owner is in full cooperation along with the management company however there's still a problem inside the inner walls. A lot of the owners in this building rent out their Condos for short-term rentals to unknowing guests that could take these bed bugs home. This is horrible and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I'm going to try to post a photo of the first one that I caught. Found bed bugs crawling up the walls in the kitchen and the bathroom October 5th October 9th October 12th October 15th and then October 19th 2017 the owner had bed bug removal treatment. the problem is this is the second infestation this building has gone through in the past 2 years, I moved in May 20th 2017, lived here for 3 months and didn't see one bed bug until October. That's when I found out the first of infestation from 19 months prior to me moving in. The first infestation it traveled from unit 212 the source of the bed bugs to 210, unit 208 and also to the back of the building in the odd numbers. obviously they didn't get rid of all of them when they did the first treatment for the first infestation and now they're living inside the walls crawling out of the outlets and light switches. Do not stay in this building did not move into this building they are still in the inner walls multiplying and once the treatment in my condo wears off the bed bugs will be back. I was here for the second infestation which was October 2017. Had I known about the first infestation I would have never moved into this building. It is building 2857 North Los felices Road Palm Springs California 92262. They are still trolling inside the inner walls. The realtor for leasing agent that I went through failed to tell me about the first infestation had she told me I never would have taken this condo.
