On 11/8/2017 I discovered 3 bed bugs in the bed of my hotel room. I killed one thinking it was a tick. I later realized it was a bed bug and took photographs. I reported it to the hotel and they took down the information.

On February 23rd and 24th in room 1006. We woke up to two bedbugs in the bathroom,one on the wall, and my daughter having bites along her ear. I immediately called and asked for the manager. Several calls later and an hour and a half later the manager finally called me back. I could not get anyone to come look at the bugs in my room. They did however agree to wash our clothes out of one of our bags. Because I was running late for my daughters competition I agreed to this and then called to request they ship the suitcase back to us. After three calls to the hotel I finally reach the manager who refused to do this and was extremely rude. I had to waste another fourth five minutes driving back to get my suitcase and when I went to pick it up they had washed the clothes but put them in bags with holes in them back in the suitcase. I asked for help with my luggage and for bags and they kept throwing my luggage into the back of the car without putting it in the bags even though I repeatedly requested they put bags around everything. I finally did get bags around my cloths. I have since called Terminix who states I should throw away my luggage, have clothing cleaned, and exterminate my car.
