I stayed at the Best Western at Benton Harbor/St. Joseph on Friday,October 19th. I woke the next morning with over a dozen bites on my legs, arms, neck, shoulder, and feet. I went to Urgent Care in Chicago on Sunday, October 21st. By that visit, additional bites appeared and I have over twenty-four bites in total. We notified the front desk (specifically Vee) and we were told we had to wait for the manager, Debra to approve our refund. We waited two days without hearing ANYTHING about a refund.

10/26/2017 We reported the issue about the bed bug and shown housekeeping she said she would take care of it, so we seen her use Windex and spray on the bugs and she said they were dead. 1 hour later we checked and they were still alive crawling under the mattress, they were at the foot and ended up under the pillows, we when back to the front desk and they were nasty to us and stated we brought them because they didn't see them before, we also said we want our refund they said it was too late and we was not able to have our refund so we left and went home and threw away all the clothing items we took there we wasted more money then having a fun relaxing time the pool bottom was slimy and was not fun we got our right away the chlorine was very strong the day before to were our eyes were burning.
