October 25, 2017 Stayed here by myself for one night after driving 14 hours. Found the cheap deal online and should have known better. Woke up in the middle of the night to itching, turned on the light and found 3 different bedbugs crawling around my pillow. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Dont waste your money!!!

02/16/2019 Worst experience of our lives! We recently booked at the Days Inn for a week. On the second night there, we noticed BED BUGS! We were so disgusted that we immediately packed our things. The front desk took a photo of the bug (clearly a bed bug) and was told that the manager would resolve the issue when she came back to work. Giving the benefit of the doubt and being exhausted we decided to believe what we were told and just left the hotel. After several attempts of trying to reach the hotel manager, she finally accepted our call and rudely denied everything! All we were asking for was a refund of the nights that we did not stay. We travel frequently for work and can guarantee that we will never stay at a Days Inn establishment again. The costumer service given by the manager was far less than satisfactory. I hope for the sake of their current guests they do not have bed bugs in other rooms because we will be calling the health inspector and since "they do not have bed bugs" this shouldn't be a problem. I normally do not waste my times writing reviews, especially ones degrading businesses because I do not like unnecessary problems. But this is a problem that needs to be addressed because we were charged for nights we didn't stay. Around 700$ was taken from our family given to a run down, ungrateful, unsanitary, unethical and greedy establishment!

Booked rm#202 for Friday 6/21 and Saturday 6/22. Woke up to a bedbug crawling on my pillow less than 1' from my head. Hotel staff keeps making excuses for an absent manager who has yet to refund my money or even return my calls as of Monday 6/24
